How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the current environment, orders normally ship within 1 to 3 business days, but may take up to 5 business days.

With Free Shipping (within lower 48 US States), please allow up to 3 to 10 business days to receive your order due to possible carrier delays during this unprecedented time, once your order has shipped.

For faster delivery, you can also select Express shipping for a modest additional cost. Orders shipped by Express are expected to ship by the next business days and 2 business day transit time.

Pre-Orders are expected to ship by date shown on your order receipt and during checkout. Estimated ship dates on Pre-Orders are subject to change due to transportation and production timelines.

We are based in the US, but also currently ship to the following countries:

Hong Kong SAR China, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, U.S. Outlying Islands, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico

During checkout, applicable shipping charges will be calculated.

How do Pre-Orders work?

Due to popularity and new colors/designs, some products may be available for Pre-Order.

All Pre-Order items are clearly designated with a “Pre-Order” button and message on the product page. A Pre-Order message with expected in-stock and ship date is shown throughout checkout and on your online order confirmation.

Pre-Orders are charged at the time of purchase. You may change or cancel your Pre-Order any time prior to shipping. Your 100 Night Sleep Trial starts when you receive your sheets, so you can buy with confidence!

All dates are estimated. We will contact you in the case of any changes to the stated timeline, due to circumstances beyond our control. We want to get your sheets to you as soon as possible! If we miss your stated date by a couple days, we may upgrade your shipping method at no additional charge, if it can help you receive your sheets faster.
